Want a workout that doesn’t feel like work? Try Zumba, the calorie-blazing dance party that builds cardio, strength, balance and flexibility and boosts energy. Join online Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m., Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m.

Take a break from the daily grind and join The Whole U team any or every weekday at 11 a.m. for 15 minutes of movement — stretching, yoga, fitness, strength or dance, depending on the day.
