Work continues on the road to the January 2025 launch of Interfolio’s Review, Promotion, & Tenure module (RPT) as UW’s designated system for academic personnel promotion and tenure review. Led by OAP, the project is emerging from three months of stakeholder engagement and moving into configuration/testing during Summer 2024 followed by user training in Autumn quarter. Stakeholder discussions explored user needs and the potential for simplified workflows, process clarity, best practice resources, and innovation through system integration. Many thanks to the faculty, staff, and leaders who have participated in these productive discussions! While a lot of work remains and the next three months are critical, the project is on track.
